SMYTH TAVERN is hiring bartender positions full-time or part-time, seeking talented and energetic individuals excited to be in the service industry. Responsibilities And Duties Communicate effectively with guests, helping them with their food and beverage selection. Managed drinks and food at the bar for servers' tables and delivered a positive guest experience. Professional and enthusiastic attitude Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume operation. A current drink/ beer vernacular with a high degree of recipe and product knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to create memorable guest connections with food and beverage. Gain mastery of the restaurant's offerings. Ability to communicate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional guest service. Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
