The second room will be available near the end of October with an option to move in earlier (please call for details). Master bedroom: $900/mo Second bedroom: $800/mo Utilities: Generally run about $200/mo each. The house itself is spacious with an open floor plan on the 1st floor. The first floor and rest of the house is (mostly) fully furnished. Large well-stocked kitchen, TV entertainment system, dining room table, etc... The house also has a large fenced backyard complete with BBQ, smoker, garden, and two sheds for working on yardwork / outdoor projects. The garage is currently setup as a workshop and is complete with workbenches and extra storage space. Currently in the process of converting part of the garage into a home gym! Respect is key. Looking for laid-back individuals who like keeping a modestly clean living space. House is 420 friendly, smoking is fine but no tobacco inside the house / garage. Don't mind if you drink so long as it's not a problem. No hard drugs. We like to keep the mood light and chill but this ain't a party house.
