We are a full-service landscaping company working with high-end residential properties primarily in the Bellevue/Redmond, WA area. We are seeking a motivated leader to join our growing team. We are looking for a landscape maintenance crew leader to manage a team of 2 people and be able to maintain client properties according to our comprehensive landscape maintenance program. This is a full-time position with salary increases based on acquired experience. Requirements: • 5 – 7 years of experience in landscaping maintenance. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a crew leader. • Experience using tools and machines (lawn mowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmer shears, hand pruners for natural pruning, loppers, pruning saws, blowers, backpack sprayers, spring rakes, and aerators). • Experience driving a truck and trailer. • Equipment management, capable of leading 2 members. • Experience managing maintenance routes and completing paperwork. • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Pay/Benefits: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour 401(k) Medical, dental and vision insurance. As a Flagger for Waeco Construction, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safety and efficient traffic flow at our work sites. Your awareness, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to follow Traffic Control Plans (TCP) will help protect both our team and the public. Key Responsibilities: Traffic Control Support: Direct both vehicular and pedestrian traffic around work zones. Operate essential traffic control equipment, including stop/slow paddles, warning signs, and signaling devices. Set up work zones safely and effectively, ensuring proper placement of signs, cones, and other devices. Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel using standard signals and procedures. Safety Awareness: Maintain constant vigilance of your surroundings to ensure safety. Adhere to all safety guidelines, standards, and site-specific regulations. Be prepared to respond swiftly to emergency situations, adjusting traffic control measures as needed. Always wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Requirements: Strong understanding of traffic control operations and safety protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods in various environments. Ability to follow instructions from team leads and foremen.
