CNC Machinist II- 2nd Shift

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: SUMMARY: Under limited direction of a lead/supervisor/manager, provides assembly support in building wire harness/wire harness board and or cable assemblies. • 5+ years: Wire harness assembly experience (highly preferred.) • Ability to read and follow wire harness assembly instructions. • Cuts, strips, crimps, or otherwise assembles the materials used to produce cable assemblies. Able to work with epoxies and adhesives. • Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards • • Operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters and wire strippers • Conducts functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures • Conducts functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures • Use of a solder RoHS / Non-RoHS/ Leaded and lead free solder connections. • Ability to evaluate any mechanical or material issues • Maintains a clean and safe work area • Performs other related duties and assignments as required. • All Production workers are expected to be available to work in all area of production * Ability to read and interpret drawings, and independently build wire harness assemblies accurately according to specifications. * Experience in independently preparing First Article builds and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years’ work experience related to soldering and crimping in the electronics industry. • Ability to communicate with manager and follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to interpret all documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, customer supplied drawings and IPC- 620 workmanship standards. • Motivated and detail oriented • Attention to detail, excellent hand dexterity • Proficient in basic math skills • Possesses good communication skills and a great attitude • Basic computer skills (database management, word processing and spreadsheet) • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Leverage data (SPC, capability metrics, Infinity QS/WinSPC/QI Analyst or similar) to identify trends and take action. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or Business. 2–5 years proven manufacturing leadership plus 3+ years hands-on technical problem solving. Demonstrated success meeting commitments, leading high-performance teams, and driving strategic initiatives. Strong project-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and present data-driven insights to all levels. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement methodologies; Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred. Track record of creating or refining process documents (Control Plans, FMEAs, JSAs, Standard Work). Experience building or enhancing cost-effective IT/automation infrastructure a plus. Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and communication skills—comfortable interfacing with operators, customers, and suppliers. Open to working in a heavy industrial (hot and dirty) metal production/foundry type of environment.

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory data by performing daily cycle counts and supporting material consumption tracking following each production run. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable on the production floor and have experience using inventory systems and handheld scanners. Key Responsibilities • Pick supplies and supply production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner  • Track materials through use of the ERP system  • Complete consumptions and turn in completed job cards as soon as possible  • Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and ERP system records  • Ensures that materials staged for orders are accurate  • Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e. Organic kept separate from non- organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items)  • Oversees stock replenishment according to production needs  • Count, verify, rotate and put away raw materials as needed  • Restock raw materials once production is complete (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled properly)  • Shrink wrap products to pallets prior to being placed into storage locations  • Perform any other duties as required by Manager or Supervisor , but you may be assigned other duties as needed.  Requirements 1-2 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing support role Familiarity with RFSmart, NetSuite, or other warehouse/inventory systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Comfortable working on the plant floor and in warehouse environments. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to lift up to 40lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
