Offers will reflect skill, experience, and fit. ● *2 shifts available – 6:00am – 2:30pm or 1:30pm – 10:00pm ● Key skills: • Outstanding character, positive energy, enjoyment and aptitude for hands on work. • A deep understanding of machining principles, materials, tool selection, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings are essential. • Skilled or familiar with G-code and/or conversational programming. • Strong ability to interpret blueprints, calculate measurements, and apply mathematical concepts in daily work. • Troubleshooting to identify and solve problems during the machining process. • Ensuring precision, inspecting finished products, and optimizing processes to achieve quality and efficiency. • Accuracy, sometimes to within 0.0005 of an inch, requires concentration and agility. • The job often involves standing for extended periods and maneuvering large/heavy parts. • Problem-solving • Attention to Detail. Train, mentor, and develop dock staff to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards. Provide clear, bilingual (English/Spanish) communication to effectively manage a diverse workforce. Shipping & Receiving Operations Manage daily shipping volumes averaging 4 local trucks and 2–5 common carrier loads (53’ trailers, box trucks, or live loads). Coordinate both millworks put away, pulling, and loading to align with production and shipping schedules. Verify, sign off, and take full accountability for all outbound loads—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for shipment. Confirm that all materials are labeled correctly, damage-free, and meet customer specifications before leaving the facility. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to resolve material discrepancies before shipment. Maintain alignment with company chain-of-custody and tracking systems to support material accuracy and traceability. Safety & Compliance Enforce strict compliance with company SOPs for safety, quality, and documentation. Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment. Act as a role model for proper material handling and safety practices. Qualifications Required Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency (verbal and written). 3+ years of leadership experience in dock, warehouse, or shipping/receiving within manufacturing, millwork, or distribution. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics (local deliveries and common carrier freight). Proven ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and enforce accountability. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. A production worker operates factory equipment such as press brakes and roll forming equipment, works on a production line, uses mechanical equipment to create and inspect products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines, quality and productivity standards.
