Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team! We are a leading manufacturing of high- quality HVAC coils and components. This role will be responsible for upholding our excellent customer service standards and fostering relationships with our client base located across the country. We are looking for a passionate and energizing individual who is able to advocate for our customers and become a subject matter expert in the industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and customer inquiries via phone and email. • Receive, review and evaluate customer quotations and understand the scope of work. • Accurately prepare and submit sales order; review all orders and revisions for completeness • Support daily operation activities of the sales and customer service department. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, outlook, and Excel ) • Experience in QuickBooks preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask prioritizes responsibilities and work effectively in a team setting.
