Description: Premier Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Residential Millwork Resource/Field Manager — a knowledgeable and experienced professional in the residential window and door replacement industry — to serve as a technical advisor, educator, and quality resource for our office and field operations teams. This position is designed for an expert who understands installation standards, materials, and real-world jobsite conditions — someone who can translate that experience into guidance, process improvement, and training for others. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical resource for office staff on millwork-related questions, product specifications, and installation methods Partner with field managers to evaluate installer performance and ensure adherence to PSG’s quality and craftsmanship standards Conduct periodic jobsite visits to support new installer onboarding and assess installation quality and professionalism Provide education and training for office and scheduling teams to improve understanding of installation processes, terminology, and materials Collaborate with leadership to identify recurring issues and develop practical, scalable solutions Support internal documentation efforts, SOPs, and resource guides related to millwork best practices Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of direct experience in residential window and door replacement Proficiency with: Nail-flange, block-frame, and retrofit/sloped-sill windows Exterior pre-hung and interior door systems (including barn, bypass, and bifold) Storm and security doors Strong technical knowledge of building materials, flashing, and installation standards Clear communicator with the ability to teach, mentor, and simplify complex concepts Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with field travel as needed Position Details: Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 / year (DOE) Full benefits package Primarily remote position, with occasional travel along the I-5 corridor for field support and training All travel expenses covered About the Role: This role is not a production or installation position.
