We are looking for someone who has 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience As an Experienced Auto Body/Paint Professional, you’ll be expected to train other autobody technicians and perform extensive paint or bodywork on multiple panels, including: ~Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application ~Correcting fish-eyes as they appear in the paint ~Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths ~Heavy plastic welding/stapling ~Heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding ~Roof and rocker panel repair ~Large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair) ~Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application ~Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths
