We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain log of material and supply receipts/inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary General Tasks: Landscaping Painting Apartment renovation tasks Lawn care/landscaping Groundskeeping Painting Basic and preventative maintenance Apartment renovation tasks General cleaning Trash pickup Shoveling Heavy lifting ​ Qualifications: Driver's License Deadline and detail-oriented Reliable transportation Phone Ability to work independently or with a team Workplace environment: You will be working in and around multi-family buildings in Manchester, NH. Some days there will be work in Concord, Nashua, or other surrounding towns, but the majority of work is in Manchester, NH Benefits/Perks: Paid Weekly 401K Matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid mileage Sales bonuses Paid time off Overtime Available Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
