Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated, mechanically oriented Operations Field Technician to lead/assist operations engineers/field teams operating our equipment pumping specialized biomineralization fluids to mitigate annular gas issues on oil and gas wells using our proprietary process while supporting in process/design improvements. Roles & Responsibilities - Become expert with the equipment, controls, and operation of our current microbial growth system, our field pumping system, our process control system, and related systems. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with field equipment. - Come up with creative solutions with limited resources. - Contribute to design of new processes and equipment. - Extensive travel. - Lead the team at remote customer sites, working with the customer & crew to properly perform the job. - Work closely with engineers, mechanics, and other staff to keep equipment operational at field locations. - Communicate effectively with customer representatives to ensure requirements are met. - Represent the company’s values and commitment of excellence to the customer. - Perform work safely and responsibly. - Generate post job reports, lookbacks, and lessons learned. Qualifications & Skills - CDL - At least 3 years applicable field operations and/or engineering experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, working in remote locations with minimal supervision. - Ability to lead others to get the job done with minimal outside help. - Ability to drive trucks (F350-F650 equivalent) pulling trailers. - Ability to work 80% of the time for the first 12-months of employment and then travel up to 40% of the time thereafter. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Strong computer skills including operation of automated systems and adjusting control parameters to improve process characteristics based upon incoming data and data trends. - Clean driving record and the ability to assist the team getting equipment (Both CDL and non-CDL trucks and trailers) to the customer sites. - Experience in production, P&A, and completions. - Knowledge of wellwork, rigs, wellheads, BOP’s, and associated best safety practices. - Familiarity with cased hole log analysis (open hole a plus). - Experience with operating, overseeing, and maintaining process equipment, especially mechanical systems, electrical systems, and process control systems. - Ability to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose issues with field equipment. Ability to work with technicians, mechanics, and other staff to keep equipment operational at field sites. - Experience with process instrumentation and control logic. We are seeking snow plow operators to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a pickup plow truck and or bobcat at our facility. We require our snow removal team members to make the clearing of snow at our location their top priority. We are open 24/7, 365 days of the year which can make our snow removal process a little more challenging than just a standard parking lot. Snow removal team members use a variety of snow removal equipment to remove snow from our parking lot. In addition, qualified candidates will help maintain our equipment and complete other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate(s) will have snow removal experience using standard plow trucks (RAM 3500) as well as bobcat experience.
