Front of House & Event Staff – The Palace Theater (north beach / telegraph hill)

The Palace Theater is seeking FOH Associates and Box Office Associates Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) The Palace Theater creates unique and immersive live events in San Francisco — including magic, comedy, weddings, private parties, and live theater. We’re looking for Front of House Associates and Box Office Associates to join our team and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences. What you’ll do: Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Assist with check-in, coat check, and guest questions Support event setup, reset, and cleanup Work closely with teammates across FOH and F&B to keep events running smoothly Provide 5-star service with a positive, can-do attitude What we’re looking for: At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience Strong communication and guest service skills Reliability, flexibility, and a team-player mindset Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Why join us: Flexible scheduling Be part of a creative, inclusive, and guest-focused team Play a key role in creating memorable, immersive experiences Work is in person at The Palace Theater, San Francisco.
