Forge Signworks has been a leader in custom signage for over 85 years, providing high-impact visual solutions across casino, retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We’re growing and looking for a dynamic, organized, and client-focused Signage Account Manager. What You’ll Do: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and status updates between sales, production, and design teams Review, track, and manage the status of all open jobs to ensure on-time delivery Submit and manage permit applications as needed Maintain accurate project documentation using our ERP system (NetSuite) Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the process Support quoting and proposal development alongside the sales team Help resolve client issues with a proactive, solutions-first mindset What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years of experience in signage, print project management/account management role Strong understanding of signage materials, permitting, and production timelines Excellent communication, time management, and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) Highly organized and able to manage multiple active projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What You’ll Get: Competitive base salary (DOE) Bonus opportunities based on performance Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits PTO and paid holidays Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities in a growing company Bonus if You Have: Experience working directly with casinos, national retail brands, or general contractors Knowledge of local signage permitting requirements in NJ and surrounding areas!
