(b) Developing and executing sales or marketing strategies to meet branch/franchise goals as well as ensure alignment with the larger brand’s business objectives. (c) Monitoring and analyzing sales, inventory, and financial performance. (d) Ensuring that customer service standards are satisfied. (e) Training and mentoring staff. (3) Approximately 10% of worktime required for local travel to visit all three affiliated franchises, as well as to meet with vendors.
