Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Proven expertise in international branding and the creation of scalable digital assets for global audiences. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, particularly in entertainment, gaming, or technology. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Passion for Esports, gaming culture, and digital media is a strong plus.

Prep and evaluate samples to ensure previous comments have been executed. Attend and assist in fit sessions. Take detailed fit notes and ensure feedback is clearly documented and organized. Evaluate patterns and make revisions and recommendations. Communicate with factories to identify & resolve production issues. Track and log sample arrivals to ensure timely fittings. Maintain pattern block library. Partner closely with Design and Product Development to ensure garment intent is protected through the technical process.
