Our firm experienced members can instruct a motivated individual in how to perform those activities. We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys taking Revit plans to an extreme level of detail and graphical standards, and also going to the building departments to advance permits through the various stations. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, who enjoys drafting, rendering realistic spaces and design, as much as navigating the planning and DBI processes in order to advance our clients' interest effectively. Candidates must have excellent design, communication, interpersonal and graphic skills. The work would include collaborating closely with the firm principal, architects and interior designers on graphical and drafting standards and design developments.
