Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bagel Baker with a passion for artisan baking. This role requires an early morning schedule and hands-on production experience. You'll be reporting directly to our Head Baker and will have the support of an Assistant Baker during your shift. Responsibilities Mix, proof, boil, and bake bagels according to established recipes and standards. Ensure consistent quality and output for daily bakery service and wholesale orders.
