Ensure smooth day-to-day station operations, including troubleshooting technical issues as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience as a board operator (required). Experience in radio station management or programming coordination. Strong technical skills in sound mixing, broadcasting software, and online radio platforms. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to make programming decisions with professionalism and fairness.
