Develop budgets and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders. Analyze historical data and market trends to improve accuracy of estimates. Value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution. Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regularly. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, Fieldwire, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic construction environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members. Travel to project sites may be required.
