Retired elderly man with service dog renting a room in my home. No overnight guess but you may have guest visit we will talk about that and what responsibilities there will be. The room has a queen size . And almost new. I will furnish everything you need for the bedroom. It's just off the bathroom that we would share.Full use of kitchen. There is a laundry in the house Wi-Fi private parking off Street on a bus route and near town and just about seconds from the interstate 91. I will need background check on you everything is included for $700 a month . Will always be due on the day you move in. No other fees . I have a very friendly dog who is easy to warm up to.
