We are looking to hire 1-2 Moving Consultants with sales experience. You will be calling warm leads provided by the company. You will also answer incoming calls which can consist of sales, customer service, or logistical needs. You will need to route the calls depending on the need. Preferred candidate would be someone who can work 40-50 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Weekend availability a plus. Contract based position paid $800-$950 per week plus commission on sales. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Sell USCCA Memberships * Prospect for new business * Build and maintain client base * Achievement of territory sales goals * Requires significant evening and weekend hours * Travel within your territory, home every night (with minimal exceptions) * Provide an unprecedented new customer experience Territory: * Nashville, Tennessee Education and Experience/Skills: * High school diploma or GED. * Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred. * In the field sales experience is preferred. * Hands-on experience growing a territory through prospecting and pipeline management. * Exceptional negotiation skills with proven ability to close sales. * Persuasive presentation skills. Can confidently captivate and engage diverse audiences. * Experience in the firearms industry is highly desirable. * Current firearms instructor certifications or interest in achieving certification is preferred. * Self-drive and highly organized.
