We are currently seeking hard-working and reliable Maintenance Workers / Laborers to join our property management team. Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience required • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, battery drill gun, battery impact driver wrench, etc.) We can also provide you a list of items that are most commonly used. We have some of the bigger, less used tools like large saws etc. • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more at times and perform physical labor as needed • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus, must use your own vehicle on-site at times.
