Full job description Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to project timelines and budgets. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Communicate between the office and the field team. Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure project milestones are met. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations. Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Train and supervise site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports. Requirements must be fluent in Mandarin and English knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations is a plus Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus the ideal candidate will be working on the different construction job sties that are mostly in NYC. Must be ENPHASE /TELSA/POINT GUARD certified to install micro inverter/battery systems. Familiarity with using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment is advantageous. Experience as a residential electrician or in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Ability to do main panel upgrades with assistance. Candidates bringing their own tools/vehicle is highly preferred. Customer Service oriented to communicate with customers (home owners/business owners) Willingness to commute within a 2-3 hour radius with fuel reimbursement.
