We are looking for someone to come in weekly and clean our machine shop. Mopping, sweeping, machine cleaning, emptying trash cans and anything to keep us neat and running. Flexible hours, 6-8 hours a week. Can be split into two 3 hour days. A great job for a student to do after school or for anyone with a little time needing extra money.

Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience preferred (not required) • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, drill gun, saw saw, battery impact wrench, etc. At this level, you should have a decent size set of tools for the job. We can provide a better idea on this if needed. Will do review after 90 days for more pay. • Bi-Weekly Pay Only - Will Receive Cash Pay Only for First 90 Days.
