We are seeking Residential Landscape Installation Foremen with 5+ Years of landscape construction experience. And crew members with 1.5+ years landscaping and/or construction experience. Foreman: Primary Responsibilities: - These positions are responsible for the installation/renovation/maintenance of landscape at residential homes - Communicate and take direction from the project manager - The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan. THE POSITION The Associate Architect is an emerging professional that has demonstrated mid-career level knowledge of Architectural practices including client interaction, project scoping and scheduling, conceptual construction costs, building code and Accessibility Standards fluency, freehand sketching, design and drafting software, consultant coordination construction site observation/administration and project close-out. IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect with previous experience working with a government agency and/or worked as a consultant on public sector projects. This position is well suited for an individual that has a solid understanding of the entire spectrum of the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.
