Our Meat Department is seeking opening and closing shift Meat Clerks. Our meat department is well known for its handpicked and cut meat selections along with our amazing customer service. We are searching to find someone that best fits our team and goals to be the best meat department in town. This job includes benefits for full-time employees, which include health insurance, dental, and vision. The shifts are 7-4, 9-6 and 11:30-8:30. Pay is based on experience, starting at $20 an hour with no experience and higher if you have past Meat Clerk skills. This is a fast-paced job with a great learning opportunity. Properly wrap, label, cool, and store all items. *Maintain written notes on techniques, recipes, and changes for future reference. *Communicate with the Chef at the end of the shift to coordinate ordering needs for the next day. *Document new recipes and assist in developing prep lists for new menu items. *Adhere to all guidelines outlined in the Kitchen Manual. *Attend scheduled staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
