Some notes about the neighborhood: -Trader Joe's and an enormous Fairway Market within a few blocks -Plenty of restaurant and bar options -6 train is three blocks away -Express local buses nearby in all 4 directions -Crunch Gym across the street; NY Sports Club two blocks up -15 screen movie theater and 24/7 hardware store a few blocks away.
