The purpose of this role is to manage the reserves collection, perform journey level technical services operations, acquisitions and Interlibrary Loan (ILL), engage and inform employees & students of all library services and programs in general (emphasizing the reserve collection in particular) with a goal of increasing student access to primary and secondary educational material as well as contribute to student retention and success. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Manage Reserves Collections: -Represent and promote the reserves collection program to departments on campus. -Plan, organize, and coordinate reserves program. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse faculty, staff, and students; especially with colleagues who work in the Learning Commons. -Provide information and technical assistance to reserves program participants and library staff regarding content, guidelines, and practices. -Analyze and report program operations and outcomes, monitor and report program activities, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. -Work with Systems Librarian, Technical Services/Manager, and Circulation Services/Manager to inform reserve workflows in the -Library Service Platform.
