In this role you will  serve as the primary liaison between hospital system clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and strong client partnerships. This role manages client implementations, ongoing support, and quarterly business reviews while driving operational excellence through documentation, reporting, and process improvement. With a focus on healthcare client success, this individual will balance strategic relationship management with hands-on project delivery. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction jobs, ensuring that we maintain profitability while delivering high-quality work. This position requires a strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, labor costs, and subcontractor coordination. Salary range: $75,000 to $110,000.  This salary range reflects a scale from a competent early-career estimator to a highly experienced, leadership-level estimator who adds strategic value to the organization. Responsibilities: Review architectural and engineering plans to develop detailed cost estimates. Perform quantity take-offs across all CSI divisions. Analyze subcontractor bids and vendor pricing to ensure scope alignment and cost efficiency. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with actual site conditions and execution plans. Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and site evaluations as needed. Assist in preparing budgets, bid packages, and change order pricing. Maintain and update cost databases and historical pricing records. Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings. Support procurement efforts by recommending vendors and subcontractors based on estimate data. Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates simultaneously. Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners. Requirements Minimum of 2 years recent experience in commercial construction estimating. Training will start on: -Saturday 10/4 at 8 AM The substitute caregiver is needed to care for a 60 year-old paralyzed man, while his regular caregiver is on vacation. IMPORTANT: Please note that although this job is labeled as "Full-Time" – if you're an experienced caregiver, then there will be a LOT of downtime. However, you would need to assist the patient whenever needed. The substitute caregiver must be strong enough to move the patient from one side of the bed to the other, in order to prevent pressure sores on the patient's skin. I've had many caregivers who were only a fraction of my weight, and they were able to easily move me from one side of the bed to the other – as long as they used correct nursing methods. During the day, the patient needs to be turned approximately 2-4 times. Overnight, the patient usually sleeps all night with no rotations. Patient has a quiet and easy-going personality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full-time, live-in caregiving. A Registered Nurse (RN) will visit 3 times per week to manage medications and some toileting. The caregiver must be strong enough and able to turn the patient in bed in order to to prevent the patient from getting pressure sores. The patient has an ostomy for urine. The urine drains into a 2 liter (2L) bag on the side of the bed. You must empty this bag at least 2-3 times a day. A Registered Nurse (RN) usually changes the patient's urinary ostomy appliance. However, you must be able to change the ostomy appliance by yourself if needed. You will be trained on how to do this. The patient can also help provide some limited instructions to you on how to do this. The patient eats about 2-3 times per day and occasionally 1-2 snacks. The foods are in the refrigerator, freezer, or kitchen cabinets. If needed, the foods can be easily microwaved. This role centers on the implementation of Juniper MX960 routers and the transition from MC-LAG to EVPN/VXLAN fabrics. This role will involve leading high-impact cutovers and migrations in a production environment, contributing to both hands-on implementation and network architecture design across a multi-overlay fabric. This is a hybrid position based out of Philadelphia, salary is in the 110-150k range. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-scale Juniper router migrations (MX960 platform). Design and validate EVPN/VXLAN architectures with multiple overlays to ensure scalability, performance, and redundancy. Collaborate closely with the customer’s Network Engineering team to achieve seamless integration with minimal disruption during migrations. Configure, test, and deploy Junos OS across MX and EX platforms in production environments. Provide expert-level guidance on the migration from MC-LAG to EVPN, including design validation, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, cutover strategies, and post-migration processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for Juniper routing, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and advanced routing protocols. Support after-hours cutovers and provide escalation assistance during critical events. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or large data center environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Juniper MX and EX platforms. Strong knowledge of core routing protocols, particularly BGP and OSPF. Proficiency with Junos OS configuration and troubleshooting in production environments. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale router replacement or network migration projects. Familiarity with EVPN design, deployment, and operations.
