We are offering our home as a sublet while we plan to travel. It is available from November 21 to the afternoon of December 16 th. There is a minimum of a one week rental in this time frame. Our home in a quiet neighborhood on the dryside of Kamuela/Waimea, Big Island. It can sleep 3 to 4 people. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom, a queen pullout sofa in the den and a single bed in the large living room. It has 5 dining areas. 1 picnic areas in the very back yard, one casual one is outside by the outdoor grill on the back patio, which has nice patio furniture for relaxing outside. Also 1 on the front porch, which is nice for taking morning coffee while watching the birds in our bird bath, plus another one in the den ( where we watch TV that seats 4 people) and a formal dining table in the dinning room area. The patio is in a private fenced courtyard with pretty plants, a fish pond and a hot tub. There are lovely plants all around the outside of the house. We also have an outdoor shower. The beach is 15 minutes down the hill. The town has very good restaurants and two great supermarkets, plus a lovely food court with lots of good food options and there is a Starbucks in that shopping area. Plus there is a health Food store. This home is full of beautiful paintings and stain glass, comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and several TVs and also High Speed Wifi. The house rents for $85.00 a night plus the normal HI TAT which is a15% tax plus a $150 check out cleaning fee and $100 to keep the hot tub on if you want use of that. If you want to enjoy The Big Island at an affordable rate, this is your chance.
