Available 1br+office apt for three weeks! Full apartment furnished with one bedroom and a private home office. Available from December 12th to January 31st. Flexible dates. The apartment is located in Myrtle ave (Bedstuy), it is a very quiet with everything brand new and painted. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and a dishwasher! I have two smart projectors in the Living room and the Bedroom so you are welcome to use them 🙂 The bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet, the other room has a desk with a monitor that I am also leaving. We are walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms and Herbert Von King Park. And the closest trains are the G train (Myrtle Willoughby) and the J train (Myrtle Broadway), you can go to Manhattan in 35min. I am looking for a responsible, respectful, clean and non smoking person to take my place while I am away. No animals and no parties allowed. Couples are welcome. The price is $3700 for the 7 weeks including utilities, which is around $2500/month. Standard security deposit due on signing. No fees.
