Seeking a tenant for a unique, partially furnished room in a vibrant Lower Haight neighborhood. Ideally suited for someone needing a short-term stay though we are open to something longer lasting at this point in time (we can be flexible on length and are down to pro-rate accordingly), great for traveling nurses, individuals who are frequently in and out of town, or someone new to town looking to get their footing. Location: Lower Haight, two blocks from the Painted Ladies at Alamo Square, near Hayes Valley, Castro, and Divisadero. In addition to our apt there are 2 other units in the building. Accessibility Note: Ground floor unit with a three-step staircase from the sidewalk to the front. Two Gates before Apt. door. Per our lease agreement no pets allowed. Furnishings: Bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, lamp, rug, plants, TV Features: Large windows providing ample natural light. Amenities: Standard kitchen, additional Beverage fridge in the living room, Dishwasher, Printer, Hot tub in the backyard shared with the other 2 units in the building. Shared spaces: Main bathroom with a claw foot tub, cute half bath, living room, kitchen with dining area, in unit washer/dryer, and a backyard. - Two Blocks from the 6, 7, & 22 bus lines. Also nearby are the 21, 24, and N Judah with the J Church and Church/Market Underground stop only about two blocks beyond that. - Several nearby bodegas & small grocers. The 22 will take you right to Safeway w/ Whole Foods across the street. We also have a Costco Membership ( read: feel free to tag along if you need anything). You'd be living with three people: 😜 J(he/they): Community Manager and Social Justice Advocate turned Software Engineer. Social, fond of games, stories, and venting about capitalism. Queer. 🕺🏻 D (he/they): Writer, performer, and event producer, former health care worker (ran COVID testing sites) has since reentered the event world Enjoys reading, walking, and cooking. Queer. 🐨 G (he) Phelbotomist, motorcycle rider, gamer, former barista who still is social with many of his past customers. Enjoys video games and cooking (cooks more than anyone else in the house currently) J works from home during the day but also picks up shifts occasionally at a local bar. D has a varied schedule and is often out at nights for work. G works a mostly daytime schedule and is frequently up earlier than anyone else . As far as the furnished aspect goes we would be open to removing some of the items if desired.
