We are seeking a highly-motivated Attorney to primarily supervise and handle a heavy and complex case-load of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate can work independently, supervise and train support staff, and has experience handling claims from start to finish. Responsibilities Negotiate personal injury settlements in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.. Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers. Analyze the value of personal injury cases based on medical bills, injuries, and other pertinent factors. Work closely with attorneys and clients to strategize and implement negotiation tactics. Maintain accurate case records, documenting all correspondence, conversations, and negotiations. Uphold the firm's client-centered philosophy by providing outstanding service and compassion to our clients. Requirements Proven experience as a Negotiator within a legal setting. Strong understanding of personal injury cases, and negotiation techniques. Well-versed in medical terminology, etiology and analysis Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently while also taking direction when needed. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
