TYPICAL ON CALL SERVICE AND INSTALL , REGULAR HRS 9AM START TO 530PM M-F WE TRY TO KEEP AFTER HRS DOWN AND PROMOTE SECONDARY HEAT ETC. POSSIBLY WILL HIRE MECHANICAL PERSON WITH PAST AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR ABILITIES ETC TO MAINTAIN VEHICLES AND LEARN HVAC . THERE WILL BE SOME TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION CLASSES YOU WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE ON YOURE OWN TIME. SOME PAID SOME NOT. SMALL COMPANY SO MORE LENIENT , HOWEVER WE DO SURGE AT TIMES THROUGH SEASONS ETC. SO SOMETIMES WORK LONG SOMTIMES DONT WORK . THIS IS AIMING FOR A FULL TIME POSITION . CAN WORK AROUND GETTING KIDS TO SCHOOL ETC ETC. WE'LL TALK . WE DO NOT ALLOW SIDE JOBS RELATED TO THIS INDUSTRY OR USE OF OUR TOOLS FOR YOURE OTHER SIDES IF ANY . TOOLS ARE PROVIDED NOT GIVEN . Guardian has an immediate need for a Maintenance Assistant to join our experienced and committed team at Discovery Point! Discovery Point is a conventional apartment community in Mesa, AZ with 183 units. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property.
