Frame-to-Finish Carpenter Carpenter Qualifications • Approximately 5 years of custom carpentry experience including framing, envelope, and trim install • Experience with remodel and new build projects • Knowledgeable of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings and other structures • Must be able to keep accurate records and perform timekeeping, including electronic submittals • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record • Must have full selection of tools to perform the work • High level of accuracy and pride in your craft • Ability to lift 50lbs Site Lead Hammer & Hand is seeking a site lead to join its Seattle team. Successful candidates are goal-driven, organized, outside-the-box problem solvers with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a team and at least 10 years of experience. Site Lead Qualifications • Approximately 10 years of construction and carpentry experience • Approximately 5 years in an on-site project management role • Experience with high-end residential remodels and new build projects • Experience managing high-end commercial TI projects • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record • Must have full selection of tools to perform the work • High level of accuracy and pride in your craft • Ability to lift 50lbs • Self-motivated and able to motivate others • Well developed computer skills, including cloud based project management tools.
