Overview: The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the inventory levels within our warehouse. This position is essential for ensuring that products are accurately tracked, stored, and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of supply chain management processes. Duties: Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and updates. Analyze data related to inventory turnover and stock levels. Assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies in inventory records. Support the distribution center operations by coordinating with various departments to optimize supply chain processes. Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and assist in reporting as needed. Skills: Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
