Description

A busy luxury home remodeling company is seeking a hardworking Construction Cleaner to join our team. This role is very physical and hands-on, requiring strength, stamina, and attention to detail. Job sites are located in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley. Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities • Perform heavy-duty construction cleaning of residential job sites, including removing dust, debris, and waste materials. • Haul away and properly dispose of debris from remodeling and construction work. • Clean and prepare job sites before, during, and after construction activities. • Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the work site by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing areas as needed. • Clean windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces to construction-clean standards. • Assist with organizing and securing tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a clean and safe environment. • Support field personnel by keeping work areas clear of hazards and debris. • Follow and enforce all health and safety protocols on job sites. • Communicate regularly with the Cleaning Team, Project Managers, and office staff. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in varying conditions (heat, dust, construction noise). • Capable of performing strenuous cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. • Willingness to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks daily. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. • Must have a smartphone for time clock application and direct deposit. • Must have previous construction cleaning experience Schedule Full-time: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $18-$21 per hour Benefits Eligible after 90 days: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 5 paid holidays $25,000 life insurance policy Paid Time Off Please send an email with your resume or a brief description of your experience and how it relates to the Construction Cleaner position.
