We have a full-time Housekeeper V position located at a Honolulu building located in Manoa (HM). This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous Housekeeping, Janitorial and/or related experience is helpful and willing to train. The technician will handle basic tasks in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. The team keeps the units, buildings, and equipment maintained and repaired; handles unit inspections; responds to after-hour maintenance calls; ensures that the department has the required materials and supplies in inventory; works cooperatively with contractors and vendors servicing the property; and assists with keeping the maintenance shop in good order. The technician will participate in heavy lifting, appliance removal and installation, digging, cleaning, and other manual labor tasks as required.
