Position Overview The Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist will lead and support the implementation of Odoo across multiple departments. This role will partner directly with the executive team to understand workflows, configure modules, migrate data, and ensure the system is tailored to meet business needs. Qualifications • Prior experience with Odoo ERP implementation or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred. • Understanding of business processes across operations, accounting, and inventory management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data handling. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Scout’s Network Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure supporting our renewable energy power plants, remote operations center, and corporate office. This role requires technical expertise in multiprotocol networks, multilayer switches, next-generation firewalls, and central management systems.   Our network environment consists of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco networking devices, with WAN connectivity via IPSec tunnels and SD-WAN solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage automation and monitoring tools to maintain high availability and ensure SLAs are met. They should also be comfortable navigating change management processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust network solutions.  The Network Engineer will report to the Senior Manager, Information Technology and Cybersecurity.   Key Responsibilities  Oversee and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco devices.
