Ideal candidates have hospitality or resort management experience in Alaska, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and outdoor guiding knowledge. Wilderness First Responder certification is required and can be acquired pre season in Alaska. Compensation starts at $6,000/month per manager, with transportation, full room and board, some benefits and private quarters included. Summary of Position: The Bar Barista prepares and serves beverages such as coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and, where applicable, alcohol. Responsibilities include following all liquor laws and regulations when serving alcoholic beverages, greeting guests warmly, and professionally representing the hotel. The Barista ensures accurate billing by properly charging customers, collecting payments, and providing correct receipts. Additional duties include heating and serving ready-to-eat food, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and orderly coffee bar, work area, and lobby to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. This position is looking for weekend morning availability for from 5:30 am-1:00 pm.
