We are looking for responsible, positive, diligent, and reliable individuals Duties and Qualifications include: Teamwork oriented Superior attention to detail and communications skills Daily tasks include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays A professional appearance and good personal hygiene must be maintained at all times Provide luggage service when needed Willing to perform other job-related tasks that may not be included in this job description Must be customer service oriented and able to respond to guest-related questions or concerns in a timely, efficient, and positive manner Maintains a friendly, cheerful, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times with guests and fellow staff The ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume/fast-paced atmosphere is imperative Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
