We at L'Auberge Provencale are looking for a dishwasher to work nights and weekends, as well as some day shifts. Must be able to work Monday or Tuesday mornings if needed. Our kitchen is open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday. As a Butcher at The Local General Store, you will be at the cutting edge of whole animal butchery in Hawaii. You will work with whole carcass beef, pork, venison, lamb, and chicken from local ranchers. Using knives, saws, meat grinders and other tools, you will break each carcass down, weigh and portion a variety of raw cuts of meat while following Department of Health sanitation guidelines.
