Job description: - Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make them feel at home. - Exhibit selling techniques cum proper knowledge and service delivery of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment. - Itemize bills correctly and secure payment as required. - Bid guests farewell by using guest's names when known and inviting them to come back. - Replace inserts, clean menu covers, and maintain the professional appearance of the area. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume nightlife venue - Bottle sales experience and upselling premium liquor brands are necessary skills - Maintain a clean environment. - Maintain a high level of professionalism that will attract guests to want to return to the property. - Respond appropriately to guest needs and do so with a sense of urgency. - Performs other job-related responsibilities when assigned. Requirement: - Good working knowledge of different Point of Sales systems (POS). - Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverage items. - Excellent customer service skills. - Must be able to mentor a team and lead. - Must possess a good professional appearance. - Must be able to work different shifts, which may include holidays and weekends. - Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. - Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
