We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Carpenter to join our team. As a Deck Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and installing composite decks according to client specifications. Your expertise in carpentry, knowledge of different decking materials, and commitment to delivering high-quality work will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction. Maintain an organized and clean work area, including proper storage and inventory management of tools and materials. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in decking materials, and new construction techniques. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Deck Carpenter or similar role. (1-3 years experience) In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Familiarity with composite decking installation and repair. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
