Quarterly AND Annual Safety & Performance Bonus: We appreciate hard work and dedication, and that's why we offer an annual safety and performance bonus to reward our drivers. Quarterly bonuses start at $650 and annual bonus ranges from $1,200-$3,000 depending on company & personal performance as well as time on the job. Know Your Dispatcher: You will have a dedicated dispatcher who you develop an ongoing relationship with. They get to know your preferences and try to make your runs suited to your needs. No touch freight means that you won't have to handle the freight yourself, making your job easier and more efficient.
