This role works with the maintenance team and coordinates preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment across the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on person with strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. --- Key Responsibilities: ¡ Leadership & Supervision: o Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, custodians, and external contractors. o Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. o Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to maintenance staff.
