This role will be responsible for upholding our excellent customer service standards and fostering relationships with our client base located across the country. We are looking for a passionate and energizing individual who is able to advocate for our customers and become a subject matter expert in the industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and customer inquiries via phone and email. • Receive, review and evaluate customer quotations and understand the scope of work. • Accurately prepare and submit sales order; review all orders and revisions for completeness • Support daily operation activities of the sales and customer service department. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, outlook, and Excel ) • Experience in QuickBooks preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask prioritizes responsibilities and work effectively in a team setting.
