SUMMARY: The Material Handler II receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Work within company guidelines and policies to ensure warehouse functions are consistent with procedures defined for this level after being trained. •Weighs or counts items for receiving and distribution to multiple manufacturing plants in San Diego. •Fills requisitions and work orders or issues material for distribution to assembly lines using manual and computerized programs. •Packs finished goods and materials for shipment to customer locations using various freight carrier methods and systems •Receives material components and assemblies from suppliers to support manufacturing, engineering, and customer service operations. •Performs other related duties as needed or assigned. •Knowledge of UPS, FED EX applications REQUIREMENTS: •High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Excellent reading, writing, and math skills. •Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. •Good communications skills •Strong computer skills •Ability to meet deadlines •Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. •Skill: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete the assigned task. •Job Complexity: Works on semi-routine assignments but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. •Supervision: Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instruction only on new assignments.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced development environment. Strong computer skillset, including Microsoft Office navigation and file manipulation. Manual dexterity with the ability to handle and assemble small parts. Ability to work paid over-time as necessary to complete the mission. Desired Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in assembly of complex mechanical / electrical systems with preference to small team / startup environments. Experience working with delicate spacecraft hardware, especially wire harnessing and moving mechanical assemblies. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory data by performing daily cycle counts and supporting material consumption tracking following each production run. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable on the production floor and have experience using inventory systems and handheld scanners. Key Responsibilities • Pick supplies and supply production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner  • Track materials through use of the ERP system  • Complete consumptions and turn in completed job cards as soon as possible  • Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and ERP system records  • Ensures that materials staged for orders are accurate  • Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e. Organic kept separate from non- organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items)  • Oversees stock replenishment according to production needs  • Count, verify, rotate and put away raw materials as needed  • Restock raw materials once production is complete (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled properly)  • Shrink wrap products to pallets prior to being placed into storage locations  • Perform any other duties as required by Manager or Supervisor , but you may be assigned other duties as needed.  Requirements 1-2 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing support role Familiarity with RFSmart, NetSuite, or other warehouse/inventory systems is a plus.
