Occasionally support roof-cleaning jobs with our subcontractor. Complete light shingle repairs when needed. Direct workflow and enforce safety on spray jobs. Maintain equipment, trailer, and daily readiness. Communicate with customers before, during, and after jobs. Work Saturdays as needed. Always remember: we all serve the same boss — the homeowner. Must-Haves Pickup truck that can tow a trailer confidently. Roofing knowledge + light repair skills. Able to work independently, lead with a helper, or step in as a helper when required. Positive, no-drama attitude; strong with customers. Comfortable at heights; physically fit (lift 75 lbs, climb ladders). Reliable, punctual, trusted advisor personality.
