This role is focused on performing preventative maintenance (PMs) on HVAC systems, completing filter changes for both HVAC and water filtration systems, and assisting with general light maintenance tasks. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a pay range of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in interior & exterior painting, prep, masking, caulking, and drywall repair, taping, patching, skimming, and texturing, must have attention to detail, be a team player, and self-motivated.
