Support efficiency by following procedures so exact they read like an instruction manual for excellence. Requirements (Non-Negotiables) Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing experience. Proficiency with multiple roofing materials (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal). Deep familiarity with safety protocols and clean work practices. Physically able to lift and carry 80+ lbs.
